The CTS Construction Group
The Company was created with the aim of combining the knowledge and extensive years of experience between a team of people involved in the building and development industry. This includes a builder, a maintenance company, and an architect, all of which successfully run their own separate businesses.
The combination of this group provides a strong in house resource base to construction techniques, technology expertise and product information. This combined intimate knowledge, built up over many years ensures that any development is completed to suit a market need.

Residential Residence
Quality built & designed
Our scope of residential work encompasses a number of extensive alterations and additions to existing homes through to a 3-storey interior fit-out.
In 2011 we restored and extended one of the notable classic houses in Mt. Lawley designed in 1959 by Ivan Ivanoff Architect in which the residence was taken back to its former state, but in an upgraded condition.
Hospitality & Leisure
Working With Our Clients
CTS Construction Group have been involved in a number of boutique bars, restaurants and cafes in and around the CBD with work involving a total gut and refit; conversions and retro fitting of buildings to increasing back-of-house facilities whilst the premises remains in operation.
Commissions include FIVE Bar, Cantina, Sentinel Bar and Grill, Barolo Restaurant and El Publico.
